I already had 3 crashes after using the Town Portal at the PTR. At Live I have never had a crash before. It seems that after loading into the city the screen freezes, sometimes the game recovers but some times it crashed.
This happens to a lot of people - in the live game - and has been for quite some time. Good luck.
