D4 automaticaly closes after character select on Asus Strix 3090

I have a ASUS ROG-STRIX-RTX3090-O24G-WHITE and each time I enter D4 BETA after character select, the game freezes, and closes back to desktop.

Anyone else having this issue on an ASUS ROG-STRIX-RTX3090-O24G or ROG-STRIX-RTX3090-O24G-WHITE?

Yep, up to date.

i have another rig with EVGA FTW3 3090 - no issues at all with D4 beta. This issue is on an ASUS STRIX OC 3090.
