That’s very interesting, probably they had new Intel dedicated GPUs? It would be good if you find out, to see if your case have any hope.
Linux (which I use) is also not supported by Blizzard at all. Game in beta stage would display same message, no GPU or GPU not supported or something like that.
But Linux is open source… Workaround was released (by translation layer developers) during first Diablo IV beta and it’s been flawless ever since.
I’m not waiting for Bliz to fix my issue, but for a user to have a clue how to solve my problem. Maybe someone has met the same problem as me and managed to run the game.
Playing this game with my Laptop all the time that has no dedicated GPU, just Iris Xe (80EUs). Its an i5-1235U CPU.
No bigger issues so far. Some graphical glitches when i change texture quality but restarting the game helps then.
Can even play @60 fps most times, just in towns or when my char is mounted (camera zooms out) the fps drops a little.
