i got same problem too.

Same, please fix.

Lock cursor is enabled by default. If I go into settings and clear the check box, the save button does not activate.

If I change another setting, the save button activates, but only the option that activated the save changes button saves, “lock cursor” does not.

Edit:
For anyone looking to turn this setting off, I found this solution in a Reddit post:

  1. Go to C:\Users[Your Username]\Documents\Diablo IV\LocalPrefs.txt
  2. Change “LockCursorInFullscreenWindowed” from 1 to 0

This works for me, but UI is still broke, so you will have to manually change it in the file above if you are someone who frequently switches between locking and unlocking the cursor.

I had 0 hope for this to fix it, expecting the file to revert any changes i made after closing it but…

Tried this, and this does not work.
