I was like: “You know what, it’s fair to give SB a try before bashing it for balance after all”
Now i’m not even level 40 and, oh my, it’s even worse than what i initially thought…and also got a look at bugged barrier scaling, jaguar passive self empowering itself and so on and so forth, lots of unstoppable, over the top mobility, damage ramping passive mechanics like if there’s no tomorrow…
No wonder this thing is breaking the game
And i was still trying hard to push over pit 92 with nec lmao…my fault i guess

I unlock Tormented II SB without any paragon nodes, because I used the class to unlock new renown points for my main sorc during VoH launched. After I found this class can do everything under the sun, and we are severely lack of rawhide to gear up two characters. I continue stick with SB, I even purchased a new cosmetic for the class as it looks way better than what sorc has.

SB is completing pit 150 in under 10 minutes… the next closest is necro at 114.

Ark, props to you for sticking to off meta stuff,you did you and should be proud of it! SB atm is indeed broken but it could be worse sin unyielding hits and vicious shields are bugged… they’d be hit 100 quadrillion dmg… like I said pre-launch this game is turning into D3 within a year with a cosplay shop… tbh… I might simply give up and play something else. This is not what I wanted when I pre-ordered the base game.
I wanted to run a full Gorilla thorns and I did at first… the class is nice,the game is

Meanwhile i just carried a group of other 3 people (Normal people you know, those who play legit classes, 2 sorcs and a minion nec) with my clown overpower quill volley sb to pit 100 just for the lolz, still did it in 5 minutes with boss melting in 3 seconds
Pit 100 on sb feels like doing pit 70 with my old nec, just speedfarming pretty much

Druid is not even a functioning class anymore, balance sounds like an unrealistic dream. Lmao.
Compared to sb nothing is functional i mean, you really need to try it because without trying you won’t even understand how broken that crap is
When i used to struggle with nec i was looking at sb and were thinking it was way stronger than any possible nec build

SB is not stronger, on SB you literally play another game where other classes just turn into npcs and don’t even matter if they’re there or not. It’s like fighting alongside iron wolves guys in helltide and i’m not even joking
To make it simple other players who play any other class are just SB’s mercenaries, it feels EXACTLY like having multiple mercenaries with you, just try it, trust me

Upvoting in support of the OP. Have to agree. Class imbalance #1 issue because the gap is SO wide it makes every non-SB class feel awful even just to think about playing but also if u actually play them they are bad too

Exactly, there is not even a single thing in this game another class can do even remotely better or faster than a SB, no matter the build
I wouldn’t mind playing OP Builds…
People who want Unlimited Tempers would be OP and who knows how much damage They’d do.
ahh well. Luckily for me I’m a rare person who would enjoy the game whether Diablo 4 Dev’s Reigned in the SB or not.

Same reason i roll barb knowing it will be weak.
But i wasnt expecting the gap to be this gigantic…makes grouping with sb meaningless
So now we both just play solo im at t3 working towards t4 while he is there since the first week
will group up when he is farming uber boss with his or my mats
If pit tiers go beyond 150
It is not a stretch to say sb will be clearing 155 by now
Funny how this game is always going to be decent “Next season”
This keeps happening pretty much since S1
SB can do pit 150 in 5 minutes so it’s safe to say it would definately be able to go higher than that, 5 minutes means doing it pretty comfortably
