So Curative Elixir grants you Unstoppable for 1 second, and then negative effect resistance/increased experience for 30 minutes.
Am I missing an option somewhere to keybind consumables? If not, then in order to take advantage of the 1 second of Unstoppable, you’d need to open your inventory, go to the Consumables tab, FIND the Elixir, and then drink it. By that point, you’re likely already dead or didn’t need it.

You can assign elixeers to the action wheel , the wheel you used to leave dungeon and cast emotes

I knew I had to be missing something. Thanks!

Thanks! That’s very helpful.
I know I’m a little late, but you can also then assign a key to the emote wheel function of your choice.

in the controls settings, you can also assign a direct hotkey to any of the wheel actions. So you can just press one button to use an elixir

Actually, it’s not enough. You need to make a macro with Autohotkey to do all the press E and click action.
But the other issue is that you can’t use Elixir when you’re hard CC-ed.
Thank you so much Pajoot… your helpful comment makes this elixir a must-have for PvP… I mean, if you’re serious about PvP that is… You’re doing God’s work my man. Cheers and thank you!

Even without the 1 second unstoppable this is NEEDED in PvP zone due to non physical damage being boosted within the zone (Armor Contribution is 65% instead of normal) especially DoT. Curative cuts that DoT damage in half.
Why would you put a CC break on half hour buff tool though?
Grant unstoppable for 30 minutes…hey now
This is the real issue here. If it broke CC it would be useful. Since it is an Elixir that last 30 minutes, it should be changed to grant Unstoppable whenever you are CCed, this cannot occur more than once every 30 seconds. Ranks of Elixirs would increase duration of Unstoppable effect and reduce internal CD.
Either that or change it to a Potion that Breaks CC, Grants Unstoppable for 1 Second and Cleanses all DoTs and harmful effects.
It’s not that bad. You can Unstoppable the CC that you see coming.
It just takes a bit of skill to be useful.
If you can see the CC coming…just Evade. There is no reason to defend the poor design of the Elixir.
I think its more for dot protection than 1 sec unstoppable
Unstoppable doesn’t belong
Just evade works in theory, but when you’re actually playing the game, things get chaotic. Players may make mistakes, realize their mistake, then react in time with a backup potion unstoppable to save their lives. These type of moments are fun.
Even when players don’t make mistakes, there can just be an unlucky amount of perfectly chained CC headed your way. Having the awareness to know that you’re about to be screwed, and to pop your Unstoppable potion to prevent yourself from getting stunned… is again, fun.
Having an active potion that allows you to flex your skill is fun. No brainer CC removal is a poor design. Boring and overpowered.
