purchased it. when loading to provide it bugged and gave error. never received anything including the silver. item says i already purchased and cannot purchase again but didnt get anything.

Also purchased the Crypt Hunter Package and nothing. When I purchased it said next time I logged into D4 it would be available. I would like to know where
I have not purchased anything but I would assume those items would go directly into your wardrobe so when you go to your wardrobe they would just be listed in there as things you can make your armor look like.
I also purchased the Crypt Hunter pack from the store in game, and got an error. PS store shows it as “purchased” but nothing shows up in game. I checked the mount and other locations and it still shows as available to purchase.

I also made purchase but it never showed up on my account. I logged out and back in. I got an error. I charged me for purchase. Please fix!
Some info (which should have been included in the shop item description) that might be helpful: the two weapon skin cosmetics only work with supported classes and require specific items equipped. Protean Axe - Druid, Barb; Beginning’s End - Sorc, Rogue, Necro (cosmetics for daggers, not swords). Also, in case you were looking for a blue mount, the Liath Icehowl mount is as gray and drab as the others.

Same here. I got the coins but nothing else. The coins are such that you have to buy more to get anything at all let alone anything decent looking. Blizzard are reprehensible money grubbers. After forking close to a hundred bucks I certainly won’t be purchasing anything else from them. I mean, after purchase, it recognises in the PS store as having been bought but not in game.
