The Crushing Aspect is not working. the stat Damage while Fortified is not changing. Damage scaling on the training dummies is not increasing as well. Tested while 100% Fortified (visual shield active on health globe), with no duplicate aspects equipped. Baseline damage hits and Fortified damage hits are identical.
I hope I’m not right but If it is an error, you please should fix it.
Yep, I can definitely confirm that, I’m experiencing the exact same thing. Even when checking my skills via the tooltip, nothing changes; there is no increase in damage whatsoever, whether “Fortify” is active or not makes absolutely no difference. However, with the Aspect of Inner Calm, which grants damage bonuses while standing still, you do see a change; you can literally watch the numbers climb. It’s a shame that the other one isn’t working as intended. I can’t imagine the numbers from your tests would be lying. If even the tooltip is acting up, it must be a minor scripting error somewhere…
Oh, and one more thing: according to the stats window, the Aspect of the Indomitable doesn’t seem to be working either. It’s supposed to grant “up to [30 - 45]% Damage Reduction and Impairment Resistance, based on your Block chance.” The really weird part here is that initially, absolutely nothing happens; however, if you first stack up your Block chance using various skills and then equip the pants, it does display the correct mathematical value. The annoying catch, though, is that the number never drops back down, even after the temporary Block-boosting stacks wear off. It’s a really bizarre situation. Is it just a visual bug? It’s enough to drive you crazy, to the point where you don’t even want to use the items at all. Please fix this, Blizz!
i just tested on a druid and seems to work. (i had on an unmodifiable 2h, so was alil worried :P)
while fortified means any amount of fortify not while only at max now, so would have to go to 0 fortify to anything above 1 theoretically
