When you equip Crown of Lucion, you get the Resource cost +, but the Dmg (x) dont work at all.
I tested it on my Sorc with Fireball build and there are no changes to the dmg with 5 Stacks (only the Cost is Increased)
Maybe other Classes have the same issue?
