For some reason I can’t play with my Xbox friend. We both have crossplay enabled and have logged into battle.net accounts. We can see one another on the group screen. I can invite him, but he does not receive the invite. He can’t invite me, it is blacked out and shows the action is unavailable. Have tried checking game versions etc. We played together frequently before the latest expansion.
