So im playing on PC through battle.net and there is not only no way to add a PS5 player to my friends list, the player cant find the test clan I set up when he searches for it. Neither by full clan name OR clan tag. Blizzard bragged and bragged about how it would be cross play and you cant even add friends from other platforms? Come on, I paid 150 bucks for this garbage?

not true. I have several people from ps4/5 on my friends battle net tag and we groupped up just fine. We use discord to chat, since they dont have a keyboard on the ps5, its just easier even if you have a keyboard to use discord
