Dear Blizzard, please: I’ve just lost my Hardcore character because crashing issues. All my drivers are currently updated. I’ve paid a high price for this expansion, and all I having is headaches. Please, just please, fix that.

Releasing the VOH add-on in such poor quality is an obvious and calculated practice by Blizzard. It’s not the fault of all the hardware, settings or driver configuration. The game is not optimized, it never was. They do not make an effort in this matter. Every new product and add-on to the base game deepens the problem related to performance. Blizzard deserves not our money but a class action lawsuit for the fraud of selling a non-working game. Diablo does not meet performance standards. How the game works depends only and exclusively on the condition of the weak server that serves it and is not modernized. The entire infrastructure is lying.
I’m on the Xbox and it keeps crashing, “Reconnecting”, how am I supposed to play the game I have forked over money for if it won’t stay connected?

Crashing, freezing and rubber banding all over the place. It must be their servers.
If I can make it more than 2 hours without crashing in my PS5 it’s a miracle. Current I just crashed in the middle of the pit and I’m too scared to go back.
