I feel it is the server for cross-platform that having problem. since I doing fine when I play with cross-platform turn off.

It is likely a numerous amount of things. People arent getting the same error codes everytime they crash. Likely means its a lot of broken things that are causing crashes, not just one thing in particular.

After two hours I have had only about 15 minutes play!! It’s getting worse. I don’t think Blizzard is addressing this properly.

Why they waited until after the weekend to do backend logging boggles my mind. Reports of people crashing have been present since day 1 of the release. Thats a lot of data they missed out on to try and fix this. Id estimate that it will be next week before we see any meaningful fixes. Meaning players will be dealing with an unplayable game for going on 3 weeks possibly.
So far the verdict is that this hotfix made it worse, even players that werent experiencing it before.
Just a little frustrating for sure haha.

Why does this always happen? Every single Game dev releases flawed products! They had a Beta and still we see this stuff. I crash at least 3 times a night Since launch. This is insanity. I have checked and it is never the same error code at crash to desktop. I’ve lost so many items and keys at this point.

They had a 6-8hr delay on launch day, when it should have been a couple month delay.
Between crashes and broken mechanics, etc… they knew it wasnt ready and released it anyway.

Wife got a BSOD on her laptop following this patch. Before was just crashes with app asking what happened. Awesome patching….

Seems like something has changed. I haven’t got any crashes since last night.
Just got DC’ed, my client needs to be saved or something…

I can agree. Like if we know we are gonna get DC’ed we wouldn’t use our potions or anything like that. I still had about 19 minutes left…now poof, it’s gone.
It’s one thing if it happens sometimes, but if it keeps happening Consistently, it is a problem.

This is crazy, open inventory, open map, open skill, open tab freeze for 5~10 secs, it’s a joke bliz, good job on irritating mils of people. not to mention error code every 30 mins
