I have been trying to suggest a unified setting change:

Here are some suggestions: Set to Windowed Fullscreen. Vertical Sync on. Resolution Percentage - 100% Frame Generation off (40xx Series only) Start with a cap of 60FPS. (we can increase this in small amounts later) Disable DLSS. Disable Reflex. Disable Peripheral Lighting. Use defaults for the quality settings.
