I was playing today and I lost count of how many times I had to close the game and open again, mainly because of that “black screen” error or bug, I don’t even know, this happen to you? Is there a perma fix for this? I tried everything that I checked on the internet

no yet, i’ll try that, there’s a lot of topics here about that issue, but that still happening a lot with people

You probably need to either roll back your graphics drivers or increase your pagefile. Look up how to do that but what i did was take my ram (16gb) and make the min 2x that (multiply by 1024) then i took that and doubled it for the max and solved my problems.
Diablo 4 has a severe memory leak and it eats the crap out of your memory. Known since Alpha and they wont fix it. This is the ONLY work around.

Exact same issue since the patch today, I cannot play at all. Game freezes, lags, cant loot, get disconnected, then crashes. Never had an issue like this till now.

In diablo 4 folder, delete data folder. Run the game and let it download files again.
