In season 2 Malignant Hearts should be at a minimum 100% drop from whisper caches. I have over 30 of each other piece and only 3 hearts, makes no sense.
For whatever reason I’ve nearly always had more hearts than other pieces.

Hearts can be made into other pieces at the potion guy, but not the ither way around.

They are creating artificial shortages to make eggs since they made living steel so easy to get.
This i not cool there is no point to doing the whispers now they dont drop any hearts. Why have less of the one item you cant craft but need to craft the others. Dozens of whisper runs and zero hearts. If you nerf something like that you at least tell people so they dont waste their time.
