I crafted 5 Tormented Varshan Invokers and none of them went into my inventory, but they all took matts from me. I thought it was glitched but i still can’t summon him? Refund me please

im also having this issue… tried a bunch of things to make one and on attempt 10 i give up. lost to many mats for this… dont know why its not going in my inventory
