Crafted 11 substantial horadric knowledge scrolls. Got absolutely nothing

Crafted 11 substantials horadric knowledge scrolls at the horadric library.
22,000 phials deducted. No scrolls in inventory, no scrolls in stash, no scrolls dropped on the ground to pick up, and horadric knowledge total did not move.

Basically, crafting the scroll is just a way to waste phials.

I have the exact same issue since season started.

Same here since season start. Many thousands of phials wasted, but then again, I had nothing else to spend them on. Would have been nice to get the caches though.
