You could give players who want to play local co-op the option to disable colored circles on characters.
So, those who want the markers on the characters keep them and those who don’t want to disable them, because that breaks the immersion of the game too much.
I hope that this is an option at the launch of the game would make a lot of difference after all the game was thought to have a darker and darker atmosphere and having a yellow circle and a blue one in the middle of the screen in my opinion is extremely bad to say the least
I like this idea - my wife and I played a bunch of couch co-op and kept getting confused as to who was who in the thick of battles anyway.
I think a better way to differentiate would be to remove the colored circles on the characters and instead change the colors of the characters’ names that are above their heads - this would not only address the original post’s concern, but at least in my experience it would make it a lot easier to tell at a glance who is who when playing couch co-op!
My god yes. Please let us remove these horrendous colored circles. It totally breaks the immersion. There is no need at all to have these to identify who is who.
YES PLEASE!!! Me and my girlfriend played for 10 minutes and already have the same opinion! HORRIBLE! Completely breaks immersion. Also they can be seen THROUGH your character even! Why? Just why??
For a game with so many settings its insane this wasnt an option.
I believe you can remove entirely but not per person.
Seconded. Also why is there a freaking MINIUM character limit for posts?
Blizzard? Where you at on this? Put in an option to remove player names/circles on console coop!
