Hi,
I haven‘t logged in since S10 and when I played after downloading the update yesterday I noticed certain cosmetics are missing, but only on my Sorcerer Class.
The Cosmetic missing is the Spectral Sentinel for the Sorcerer.
What do I do now?
I am having the exact same issue…among others
Same with me I have purchased all of the spectral Sentinel sets except the new paladin 1 but now they r all gone
I am actually missing ALL of my previously earned/purchased/seasonal cosmetics after pre-purchasing the Lord of Hatred expansion. All the pretty new Paladin and current season (11) are there, though.
I’m highly annoyed by this, as I spent plenty of time/money on those over the years.
Did anyone get a fix for this? I am also missing all earned and bought cosmetics, including ones from seasons as well as from the Vessel of hatred ultimate edition. So far haven’t had a solid answer from support apart from am I om the right account? Getting quite frustrated.
