I might be the only one. However, the cosmetics are just over the top and cost too much for such a gaudy, in the bad sense, appearance. I have been playing Blizzard games since the first release of Diablo, and I have never said anything negative about any of the games.
I like D4, and I love playing it. Most of the gear that drops looks better than the cosmetics sold.
Seriously, Shards of Valcun for 19.99 UDS + 1800 Platinum. The weapons look ridiculous; the mounts and gear look like a bedazzler created them.
Are there any cosmetic employees making things look nice, functional, and less flashy?

Isn’t that the point though
Totally agree. I’d honestly purchase most of the “realistic” stuff should any be created, e.g., Lord of the Rings style wizard robes, armor, etc.
Instead, we always get these stupid looking demon-horn fire skins with tree trunk backpacks etc. Horrible looking.

Say what you will about the gear, but my Ash’adar, Harbringer of Dawn mount posterizes your mount all day. Dunk and the facial afterward.
Dude, yes. I am blown away by the lack of old school wizard robes for Sorc. I thought that would be shop outfit #1.
Sure they are overpriced and predatory and guess what? Players love it. 150m spent in shop in last year. Last laugh is on us.

There’s no coherent design language. It’s just a mess of randomness.
Till’ Sb they were afraid of showing any skin at all. It doesn’t help they made the female druid and female necro as woke as they could.
$25 lipstick on a pig…

I’ve yet to find a single player that “loves” it.
