I prepurchased the expansion, went to change my appearance on my rogue, and the wings won’t apply. Upon further testing, I found that none of my armor cosmetic changes would work. Portal works, new mount works (except that when you get on it in town, it won’t charge up the sprint ability until you’re out of town), and I even tried to change my barbarian’s stuff. Worked fine. My rogue will not accept the wings or any changes aside from colors. Thanks for looking into it.

Having the same issue with my sorceress, any changes made in the “Wardrobe” tab fail to apply, also found the option to change appearance of headgear is unavailable.
All other characters and tabs working properly.

having the same issue on my rogue. can’t save wardrobe presets, can’t select headgear, wardrobe changes don’t persist after exiting the wardrobe even after pressing “confirm”. all other classes seem to work normally

I figured out a fix on PS4… change your gear to what you want to wear, confirm to save, but don’t close out of the wardrobe. Then go to pets, change which pet you are using, and then confirm/save again. Close out of the wardrobe and it stayed on for me.
Don’t try to save the loadout, that broke it for me.

I came here to make a post about the cosmetics on my Sorcerer neither applying or saving to the appearance loadout tabs, as of yesterday, seeing this is kinda relieving that I’m not the only one.
All my other characters are fine, it’s just the one Sorcerer

I have the same bug.
I can manage to change my outfit look with a trick as well, but after loading a screen it changed again… I want to lose this ugly yellow color asap =P

Similar problem here.
On ps5 had 1 set saved, can re-apply but not overwrite and can’t use the other slots to save outfits.
Still no fix ?

Same problem, I had a wand and off hand and changed to staf. I could not overwrite and bought a new wardrobe slot, that does not work either. So I cannot save any outfit (ps5)

The problem is caused on the weapon slot. I had a focus and dagger equiped when i made most of my ensembles. Later i was using a staff and made my last ensemble. I loaded my one ensemble with the staff then overwrote all my others using the ensemble withthw staff. I was then able to make and overwrite my new ensembles just fine. In other words, mismatched weapons can cause you to not be able to overwrite for some reason. So either have ensembles with different weapons just in case or keep one of each type of weapon so you can change to thwm when you want to overwrite. Tedious but at least it worked.

Having the same issue, can’t get any sort of acknowledgment or response out of Blizz that this is being worked on, when people are beginning to suggest just outright giving up and deleting characters.

No idea. I’ve tried bumping multiple posts, opening tickets, and reaching out on other social media sites. I can see them responding to threads and acknowledging other bugs in the game, but I literally cannot get them to even acknowledge this exists. This is a documented bug that they’ve acknowledged and patched before according to previous patch notes, but for some reason this time they seem to be almost intentionally ignoring it?

My wardrobe slots are completely broken for my sorc. The offhand weapon icon is showing where the helmet should be, the primary weapon icon is showing where the chest armor should be, the boots icon is showing where my gauntlets should be, pants and boots icons are in correct slot. I can confirm changes but it never saves or overwrites.

Come on Blizzard, you can fix this.
This bug is old enough, and extended enough.
The exact same problem on Sorc. Necromancer is bugged aswell. People are paying real money for skins that they can’t use. It’s not a visual bug at this point, it’s a straight fraud. This thread is 4 months old: no fix or even a sign that Devs are adressing this problem. New patch just dropped, maybe they are reading forums right now.
