Why do I say this?
The top 100 are all clones. Using the same path developed by 24-7 streamers, all using the same Ubers (a must), Duriel mat buyers / Overworld shrine exploiters.
Moreover, the top 100 in the solo classes are all claiming the top 100 in every duo, trio, and squad leaderboard, too.
Its more than copy paste there is strategy beind it. Yes meta builds will always exist as long as the internet is around.
Im sure lots of people copied streamwr X and got an uncommon shako not to even place top 1000.
No strategy at all once you have your path. It’s all about kill / speed.
If nobody was able to copy someone’s path, then yes… It would be strategic. But it’s not at this point.
Well i mean it is in the sense of timing. Some people are bad at the game. The competitiveness comes from who can do it better 
As long as games exist people will copy the winners and wonder why they arnt as good but reality is some pour a tone of time into it and end up on top.
