Corrupted Grotto doesnt reward aspect of Grasping Veins

I have cleared the dungeon Corrupted Grotto Dungeon to get the Aspect of Grasping Veins. The aspect doesnt show up in codex after ive cleared the dungeon twice.

Is this a bug just for me?
