Are these the only rolls on gear you can get?

I’m trying my best to make blizzard an awesome skill by stacking +%dmg. Is there a mastery dmg buff% on weapons?
There’s Cold%, and Blizzard is actually a DoT, so qualifies there as well.

remove the spaces. here are all the damage buckets/modifiers per class, scroll down for sorcerer. there doesn’t seem to be one for mastery skills even tho I remember there being one but apparently not
