Cooldowns not calculated porperly. Tested with several Helms, Rings, Amulets on Sorcerer. Applying Ring + Amulet seems fine, but combined with Helmet breaks the calculation, looks like half multiplicative. See the vid: https://youtu.be/x8i3dDn7Omg

Helmet 44%
Amulet 12%
Ring 11,7%
1 - (1 - 0.44) * (1 - 0.12) * (1 - 0.117)
= 1 - 0.56 * 0.88 * 0.883
= 1 - 0.4351424
= 0.5648576
= ~56.4% CDR
