Hello, I’m a level 69 Sorcerer. I was looking at my CDR when I found something interesting, the game doesn’t tell you something about. My off-Hand (5/5- Folio) has 10.3% CDR as main attribute and rolled another 14.6% as secondary stat. Makes 24.9% to me. My Helmet (5/5) has rolled 8.3% CDR. My Amulet had naturally 6% CDR on it. When equipped alone, the off-hand gives me 23.4% CDR, the Amulet 6% and the Helmet 8.3%. Amulet and Offhand give 28% and Helmet+Offhand give 29.8%. Helmet +Amulet …
