Continuous crashes even with DLSS scrapped by devs from this joke of a game

Crashing frequently even without DLSS, only XeSS is turned on.
MSI Afterburner graphs show the weird and unwarranted 100% GPU utilization spike in the moment of crash. No memory usage spikes.
Sometimes during the crash the voltage and power limit I set in MSI Afterburner are circumvent by the game.
Diablo 4 Version 2.0.4.59238
RTX 3080 ti EVGA XC3 Ultra
Nvidia Driver 561.09 (latest stable driver, as people suggest)

Yep I’m not playing D4 until this issue is fixed because I notice my GPU is making fan noises it’s never made before, and it took a beating playing CP2077 in the Australian summer and never sounded like this.
