Constat freezes, lag?

Hey there,
Guys can you fix this already please, since the release i have constant freeze’s season 1 was no problem, but season 2 in on different level. Opening inventory, season progression window, transferring from one zone tile to another, just simply moving freezes everywhere.
Had an upgrade from 2060 to 4070 only to get overall worse performance not sure how long ill suffer like that… It show’s that memory almost caps out, memory leak hmmm? Fix pls?

Try turning off cross play, that helped me when I had similar issues.
