Constant Stuttering & Crashing

Never played a game where I crash as often as I do in D4. It doesn’t seem to be connected to anything I’m doing in particular, other than when I’m changing zones or encountering new players, enemies, enemy animations, or a boss entering the room - when a world boss is being summoned is probably the most predictable crash.

Additionally, the game stutters CONSTANTLY. Open a menu? Game freezes for 10-30 seconds. Move into a new zone? Game freezes for 10-30 seconds. Enemy casts a spell ability? Game freezes for 10-30 seconds.

Would love to know if there’s anything I can do.

Same. I don’t remember anything Blizzard being this unreliably stable. D4 is currently the least reliable game I own. No other comes close to its frequency of crashing.

I wish there was SOMETHING i could do or that someone from blizz would respond. I literally feel like I’ve tried everything.

I’m a bit of an amateur. Can you tell me where I can find that info?

From the outside I can say I’ve got a Dell XPS with intel core i7 10th gen.
