I have currently have a gtx2080, 32gb ram, i7.
Does anyone else have issues with constant stuttering? Frame Drops? Crashing? Or Windowed mode not feeling like true Windowed mode? I really dont know what to fix or change settings. Ive dropped some settings down and tried moving some around, but it doesnt seem to make a difference. If I tab out while im in Windowed Fullscreen, I shouldnt have to worry if my game is going to crash.
Anyone with these issues, has anyone found any form of fix?
Set your frame rate to 120. and turn down the GFX I set mine on low and no problems with very little drop off in GFX that I can notice. Should fix it for the most part .You can up the GFX a little at a time to get it to a comfortable level. Also make sure your driver is up to date a lot of them have been updateing the last few days just for D4.
Ill try that. My drivers are currently up to date.
But shouldnt my current specs be more than enough to handle high settings? my friend is running a 1080Ti and is having 0 issues when it comes to performance like I am.
Also consider it could be a network issue. Check your internet connection and don’t rule out that it could be server traffic on Blizzard’s end because after all the game is new with a lot of players right now.
You would think but I was in the same boat took some fine tuneing to get it to the right levels. I still get a little lag now and again but nothing from the first beta which was basically unplayable most of the time .I could not even TP to town with out crashing. The 120 frame rate is more to help keep the GFX driver from getting over worked for some reason vendors and opening your inventory send video cards into over drive. 120 seems to be the magic number but it also helps just in adventuring overall.
I get a lot of Frame rate lag and dips unfortunately, something my internet provider really wont have much to do with. If it did, I should have the best performance ever if that was the case
