Constant game crashing

Game constantly crashes while doing various activities, including launching from character select, talking to blacksmith, opening world map, sitting idle and various random crashes.

I’ve tried:
Running the game as admin.
Changing graphic settings.
Disabling Anti Virus
Closing Discord
Running/Closing Exit Lag
Running Scan and Repair (finds nothing)

It appears as though the more I try to play the more often the game crashes.

I too am having the same issue. Just started happening this evening.

Mine is non stop crashing, I’m on PC.
Here is what I have tried:

  • Repairing game
  • Reinstalling game
  • DDU / Driver reinstall
  • Windows updates
  • Disabling Startup Items
  • Disabling all Anti Virus
    No luck and randomly will crash after getting into the game. I might go 15 seconds to 2 minutes before it crashes. No error messages and non stop. Started happening tonight. I’m gonna try playing on my second PC.

The second PC doesn’t crash at all when playing 30+ minutes and the Freezing then crashing seems to have resolved itself on D4

Same here. same issues. game just crash no report nothing.

I’ve never crashed once in this game. I have numerous 100s in each season. I have yet to crash with hundreds of hours. Today I have crashed about 9 times within a few hour span and spam crashing now.

Same, game either crashes when loading or after a few minutes playing. No report, just closes.

Having same issue. Never had this happen before.

I am somewhat glad to see that it’s not just me though I am getting gaslit as all hell through my support ticket. I got so frustrated that I full wiped, reformatted and reinstalled windows and D4 and it just freezes up every time and forces me to restart my PC. Everything else runs and benchmarks perfectly fine.

I had the same problem and was about to give up, then I changed the resolution of the screen to one a bit lower and more “standard”. It seemed to fix the issue.

Not sure what “more standard” means. I’m playing 1920x1080 and was playing the game just peachy until a few days ago.

Yep I am hvaonf the same issue. I’ve played nonstop since June and never had an issues. Now I can’t make it to the game menu without it restarting my computer. I’m thinking it might be a memory issue. But when I do a memory test, it won’t finish and reboots in the middle without results. Help
