Friday-
Bought the game Friday night and installed.
I played coop friday night no crashes
Saturday-
I had periodic Fenris crash errors and tried youtube video fixes
-set disablechromaeffects “1” in the .txt file
-Update drivers
-Make sure administrator privileges enabled
-limit refresh rate
-limit fps
-turn graphics settings down (nvidia detected mostly ultra settings)
Sunday-
I tried to fix the crashes by completely uninstalling the game and reinstalling on a different SSD
I was able to play my solo hardcore character periodically with the longest time without a crash approximately 1 hour.

I finally decided to open a ticket.
Monday-
I received an automated response to try these 4 steps (pasted from the ticket with links removed)
" 1) Try updating graphics drivers and windows even if you have done this recently, with a new game launch they often put out new ones quickly.

crash errors within the span of 40 minutes.
These are happening even more frequently, within minutes of opening the game I am crashing with fenris crash error.
I have submitted my response ticket with the requested msinfo32 and dxdiag files they ask for.
I am afraid that if this game is unplayable I will have to seek a refund and not be able to play with my friends, which sucks because I am enjoying the game for the amounts I am able to play it.
