the game constantly reads a f13 key input even with ne keyboard plugged in. trying to change keybindings makes it f13. when i stop putting in controller inputs it imediately switches back to mouse and keyboard.

Turn off the GeForce overlay. It should be the cause

geforce overlay was already turned off. no change
Try exiting GeForce? Did you reload after exiting the overlay? Do you have some other kind of overlay?
I don’t know much about tech, but I am simply recommending this after it turned out to be the problem for many people. GeForce overlay was causing the game to think f13 was constantly pressed. There may be some other program that also causes it.
I had this same issue. Would love to know a workaround or fix. I tried using a different keyboard and mouse, ensured no macro’s were running from my mouse or keyboard, as well as tried connecting a controller and it still spammed F13. The only fix I was able to find thus far, was to spam the button I wanted to rebind to as soon as I clicked on the keybinding and repeat until it took the correct input and not F13.
