Bought a copy of the game for a friend and wanted to play with him, but since the expansion dropped ive been having constant crashes this is one of the recent error codes ive received

Tried all steps recommended by support multiple times, one item helped for all of one session then stopped which was disabling chroma effects in the txt file. these crashes occur literally within 5 mins of starting to play, it seems to happen less often when playing alone but only barely.
