Players in the forum can’t decipher those codes, they are for the ticket system. We can review DxDiags and MSInfos.

I had this same problem of DIABLO IV crashing after 1-2 minutes for over two months.
I updated my ALIENWARE DESK TOP as required and after SIX DIABLO UPDATES - to NO avail.
I was able to play DIABLO IV almost one year and NOW this problem does NOT go away.

I did everything, even installed W11 new, clean install, tried 10 different AMD drivers…and now it even does it in Overwatch. I can play Last Epoch and other games with no issue…and yet Blizzard just totally ignores multiple posts about the exact same issue and all sorts of different machines…for a multibillion $$$ company thats just not good enough…

when do they actually start to care and at least offer to look into it?..
