been trying to play the new expansion, my highest char just hit lvl 30(not related) and game crashes after about 10-30 mins of play created a ticket.
checked if my computer can play it. check
reinstall battle net. check
scan and repair. check
updated all my drivers. check
turn off apps running in background. check
reinstall diablo 4 x2. check
help please i just want to play the game. done everything the support have asked and problem still persists.
starting a 3rd time reinstall as this is posted as thats my latest advice from my ticket..
LOH Completely Tanked Performance. Same here. I’ve tried basically every fix imaginable and nothing has worked. Before the LOH expansion, I had zero issues running the game. Now it’s constant stuttering, lag spikes, and my PC sounds like it’s preparing for liftoff even on lower settings.
At this point it really feels like something broke with optimization after the expansion. A lot of us didn’t suddenly forget how to configure our PCs overnight. Blizzard seriously needs to address this because the performance is killing the experience for players who had no problems before LOH.
They don’t care. Look how you won’t get any reply from their support even if they asked you to post here.
