Of course they are. Large numbers with simple minds, but devs fear their pitchforks. It’s why we can’t have nice things.
Steam Deck users are basically PC gamers. I will run you through with a raw egg plant if you say otherwise. 
If you’re not using PC - you’re not a real gamer. I would elaborate but I’m keen to collect my daily Candy Crush reward…

Yes but I’m still surprised how many PC gamers have basically 0 knowledge of the PC components they spend 40-60 hours a week playing on. Those people are every bit of a gaming peasant as console gamers
the problem is, once u get older. you can buy all the consoles and also own a pc but rarely have time to play games or are just too tired after work.

Fact remains that all games are made on PC. The best games with the best graphics and commands run on pc only. 16k is being tested… on PC.

Sirious Lee: I played D1 & D2 on Pc with ancient compuTOR (yepyepyep) input devices. Aka Mouse & keyboard. Since i played D3 on my big TV while enjoying my homecinema speakers and experienced the awesome Gamepad Controls i never use keyb & mouse 
again for a diablo game.
I like both systems PC & Console.
Just because PC has the highest end performance(if you’re willing to pay for it) doesn’t mean most PC games are actually being run at that highest end, or most PC gamers are actually playing on high resolutions/settings.
The reality is most PC gamers are still gaming at 1080p and 1440p, and the overwhelmingly majority of the GPU marketshare is still 1080p and 1440p cards.
I’m not hating on either I play both but so-called “PC elitists” need a reality check when the fact is most of them are just clout chasing based on high-end systems they don’t even own and never will.
Pc is masterrace. Console are peons.

What most people don’t realise is that yes, they may have the best pc. However, the reality is they don’t need it to run at 4k settings. If you can afford it sure… go for it as it’s better to have and not need than to need and not have i guess. Lol.
It really depends on the game. Generally something like a 4070 Ti is good enough for 4k in most current games but then you get a game like Cyberpunk 2077 that can bring even an RTX 4090 to a grinding halt at 4k even with all of its theoretical power
