Has anyone else been experiencing more crashes since the latest patch? I never had an issue in previous seasons, but crashes have been very common recently. I’ve noticed it occurs frequently if I open my inventory too soon after certain animations (porting to town, using ultimates), but the game crashes seemingly randomly otherwise. (On PS5, btw.)

I don’t know about the last patch, but this season I too have experienced the game crash quite a lot. (I also play on the PS5.) It seems to mostly crash when I fast travel or when I exit a dungeon or the pit.
Last season was actually a very smooth season I think I might of only had the game crash maybe once for the whole season and I played a good 500 hrs at least. Hope they can fix this.
Same here for me and my wife’s consoles, it’s been happening more and more frequently, and yes reset everything, cleaned saves and cache etc, ( Xbox here btw )
Absolutely unplayable for me. (PS4) I get the server disconnect within 2 minutes of logging in so I really can’t even start playing. I’m a dev so I understand a bad release can happen but it is pretty absurd that Blizzard isn’t verbalizing any actions being taken to correct this. As a dev when a bad release happens that causes even a small percentage of our users to have a bad experience, it’s all hands on deck immediately. Certainly doesn’t feel like that from the D4 Dev team. Upper management and product owners must be poor at their jobs. No comms to players, no hotfixes, nothing. Season 4 was going great I was enjoying all the itemization and quality of life changes but now I can’t even get to leave town before I get server disconnected. All I’ve seen online is folks getting the runaround and blame-slinging on ISPs. Any other company would have been facing a class action lawsuit for not providing the services customers /players paid for. I mean if I can’t play where’s my money? These folks just hide behind their Terms of Service. As a developer that takes pride on my work I would have quit this team hands down.
Yeah the lockup after porting to town rears it’s ugly head , especially after patches.
