Consider moving skill-specific aspects to dedicated items

As the title states, I think aspects should be further optimized to only have “generic” effects applicable on our current gear. This means make only aspect that generically increase/decrease damage (dealt or received) or have utility stay as they are, while move skill-specific aspects that change the behaviour of a skill functionality to either some dedicated new imprintable items or skill passives.

For example sorcerer Meteor Helm (Starfall Coronet) is utterly bad despite the rework. Skill is converted to CD type while also offering other changes to the skill which could benefitted differently. Furthermore, the same slot has much better options to equip, further rendering the item useless.

So moving all skill-specific modifiers to either be new passives or dedicated slots for “skill-specific aspects only” would allow users to customize their abilities functionality, while still handling damage itself with the current existing gear…
