I am hoping to find a fix to my issue while my computer is still in the return window. I bought a new PC (MSI Desktop Intel i7-13700F; RTX 4070; 32GB DDR5; 1TB SSD) and have had horrible lag and disconnect issues while playing D4. I haven’t had any issues playing other games or streaming. Sometime I can play for a while and other I just keep getting lag spikes or DC’ing, this happens in dungeons, helltide events, and just standing around in a city. I decided to test and brought out my laptop (Dell Laptop Ryzen 7 5800H; RTX 3060; 16GB DD4; 512GB SSD). I have been playing on this without any issues. Not sure what other information is needed (followed the troubleshooting items in the forum). Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
