Conjuration master aspect does not increase lightning spear, ice blades, or familiar count to +1. the tool tip increases as described but the total number of each of these conjurations remain capped at the normal number. 3 for ice blades, 6 for familiars, 12 for lightning spear. hydra increases as expected.
i think they took the old hydra aspect that granted +1 hydra and reworded it without updating the code. its the only explanation as to why it doesnt work.
why are so many aspects and talisman powers corresponding to conjurations still broken 3 months after release…
