Hey there, had been playing as sorc for a while now, but this thing for tempering is not dropping anywhere, is it bugged or I am just this unlucky?
What level is your character?
I picked all of Recipes by running NMD and Helltides…
100, literally have every single one of the other ones
Exact same thing is happening to me as well. Doesn’t seem to want to drop, no matter the content I do.
Just to let you know, after a whole bunch of different stuff, I did some random normal dungeons in t4 while working on whispers, and received pretty much all the manuals I was missing. Not sure if the drop rate for end game content is scaled weird, or just really bad rng, but seems weird since I got a bunch back to back in those few dungeons.
Ok so I was having the same issue as others here. My Sorc is level 100, I have several missing Sorc-specific Tempering Recipes. I have levelled almost every single Glyph by running NMD100’s and have played for 2-3 hours in Helltides yesterday and today and still had missing Sorc Recipes.
After reading Laphloredos post above I thought I would give a normal dungeon a try. Pulled a group, killed them, got one of the ones I was missing… Pulled the next group, another missing recipe dropped, killed a 3rd group and yet another missing one dropped.
So, if you are missing tempering recipes that should be dropping, try going back to do some normal dungeons and you may get lucky that way too.
