Just tested the unique effect on this Rogue unique. Pretty crap that it doesn’t do what it says on the tin.

OP is correct after testing it doesnt work making this unique dagger pretty much useless compared to other weapons of different builds.

yep im running the Preparation specialization and it dosent work!
Exactly, it doesn’t work as it should be.
I tested it and nothing happened.
What a waste of unique item.
you right. now i test it - Condemnation (20-40% dmg with combopoints) does not work at all!!! When is equipped, have same dmg as other similar knife. Of course, y have to set combopoint spec.
its BUG? please solve!
