I wish I could be excited for it, but with no new content really and the most powerful new gems rotating affixes every 20 kills to something that might not fit your build seems horrible imo
Ok so let’s have a game that’s made for casuals and make a boss that made for hardcore gamers? Right…… I’m not saying I cannot kill her. I’m saying she is over-tuned and needs to have better loot. Hell this whole game needs better loot across the board.

Having to build specifically for the encounter and the fact that not only does she have one shot mechanics that are almost impossible to dodge for many, but it is also a DPS race before you start to take so much damage you will eventually just die. It isn’t that it is particularly “hard”, it is artificially so.
This is similar to how Lost Ark has Legion Raid wipe mechanics. For solo play and part of that wipe mechanic involves mobility and the other is a Stagger Check. Unless your build has both of those things, it does not matter how good you are, you aren’t going to complete it.
“Hey I changed all my gear out to some niche %DR While Injured and Stagger with Weapons or Armor that are terrible for NMD. I also changed my Paragon and Skills to grt rid of all my CC Conditionals (which defined my build)”!

And he can’t do it I bet you anything… Games should be fun and you should be able to achieve this goal by lvl 100 and with BiS gear without death to one wall…

I did it at 93 on a rogue just stack that stagger lol
The encounter is designed to be heavily weighted to make certain builds almost impossible, while some are much easier. Not all BUILDS can Kill Uber Lilith. The whole “Play how you want to Play” mantra is complete and utter BS. It is evident when pushing higher NMD and with Uber Lilith.
Go look at the list of the top 50 Classes and builds that have Killed Uber Lilith and the time to clear. There is a very obvious pattern.

That this boss isn’t tuned right and if I have to change my spec to something GETTING NERFED that maybe it’s not made right… that the loot for this game needs to change and this boss should be farmed for that loot and the boss needs to have mechanics that don’t 1 shot level 100 characters in full BiS with poor quality lagging issues that 
not in our control due to memory leaks… it’s over tuned for a online casual loot find Skinner box…

Why would you think you can use any build to kill the hardest boss?
If your entire motivation for playing a given class is some brokenly OP build that trivializes the game, you might wanna just uninstall, delete your forum account, and go play some Korean power fantasy ARPG or MMO. Following the meta & ezpzGG builds is about the same as having your big brother beat the scary bosses for you.
To be fair 99.9% of all Lilith kills are done using stagger or exploits,bugs

Probably be buffs and nerfs. Not just a huge toilet flush of nerfs 2 days pre-season patch.
None of necro’s kills are exploits except the minion one maybe.
Have to be strong enough for a thorns necro…
Druids are gonna get bent over with no lube in this patch
