Completed Whispers of the dead. Unable to get reward from tree or crows. I acquired my 10 grim favors during a hell tide on normal setting. returned to crow to get reward, and it was not clickable. Tried the tree, not clickable. Quest journal shows that it is ready to complete. I am not able to do any quests now because they are locked. I have restarted, I have changed difficulties, I have loaded different characters (who are not having this issue). Nothing is working to clear the issue.

Same problem went to the tree and started the turn in process, but then clicked out. No longer able to access the reward selection.

Having same issue - cannot collect reward, quest complete but cannot interact with tree or raven
I had the same issue. Go to the actual Tree of Whispers on the east side of the map and you can get the reward
