Completed quests tracker

Good morning,

The completed quest tracker is a MUST in this game.
I spent yesterday hunting through random things on Kehjistan until I finally figured out which quests were missing. Even using a list from the internet is not enough if we can’t recall which quests were done and which were not.

Now I’m 34/35 on Kyovashad and I have spent over 5 hours looking for which quest I am missing. I wen’t through the entire list of quests and still no luck. Without know which quests were already complete I can’t finish the quests.

This feature is something that is standard on games with these kind of side quests, could you please add it to the game?

Thank you.

EDIT:

PS: In regards to the missing quest in Kyovashad, I’ve already done the 2 ones (Icebound Geode and Righteous Idol). These two I am certain of because I did them yesterday. So I can’t figure out what is the other one that is missing even when using a list of quests.

I agree with you on the completed quests tracker. Nm saw your edit

I also agree on this, a more complete journal with completed quests, dungeons and so would be a very nice addition.
Having a list of missing and completed things in one place, with a little description and a click to center behavior, is way handier than scrolling the whole map to see what has been done and what is not.

Yea this is just stupid AF. I don’t see how this game doesn’t have such a QoL feature. Its pissed me off that I just don’t care to play anymore. I’ll never be able to complete the Fractured Peaks quests without this… I’ve been 33/35 for a week now and can’t find any quests.

They are unable to do it in this game. It is a technical limitation.

that is not true. The game already tracks which quests are and are not completed. It simply needs to relay that information to the player.

I wanted to 100% Fractured Peaks but couldn’t find 2 quests and one dungeon. Well, the dungeon I knew where it was in the Betas but seems it isn’t accessible until you finish the campaign in the live version. -_-

The two quest though I have no clue. Went through all of the ones that drop or find on the toon who’s going to 100% every map. All I can figure out is it must be some gathering drop that I have yet to find.

Would’ve been great to either have a list of the ones we’ve finished or the ones we have left to find/discover. Right now it is just a headache. Going to have to keep a spreadsheet or something. Anyone know of macros/script we can use?

They are unable to do it, at least for now. They officially stated that.

edit: Just use your journal.

I can’t believe a major videogame company has a technical limitation on such a basic feature. Plus you can’t make a quest twice, how could it be they must know if quest is alredy done or not.

You also need to go to every region to see if there are available quests or not. and cannot immediately see them on the world map. really annoying.

Unless you can cite where the devs said that, you’re lying. The game already does exactly this for the quest chain achievements. All that would be needed would be an achievement for completing all quests in each zone.

The journal doesn’t work this purpose, it only shows active quests.

It is somewhere you can look it up if you do not believe me.

I have looked it up, quite a bit actually. I can find nothing that could even be interpreted as implying that a quest completed tracker is impossible based on technical limitations. Seeing as the game already does exactly this in multiple ways but just doesn’t make it clearly visible to the player, I’m going to to continue to go with you just made all this up as some weird defense of the devs.

You made the extraordinary claim, you provide the proof.

You mean check my journal for quests that do not appear there after I’ve completed them, to see if I’ve completed them?

Or was I supposed to screenshot my journal every single time I got a side quest, to keep track of it?

I too am at 34/35. I’ve triple checked all quest locations, as well as farmed the correct mobs in the correct areas for the items that drop that give quests, including ones I was sure I’d done, just in case. No drops.

The only thing unusual I’ve found is that I still have the Icebound Geode item in my quest inventory, despite doing the quest a couple days ago - collected the item, purchased the item from the vendor, and interacted with the tools, then clicked on collected the quest reward cache.

So how, exactly, were you suggesting I use my journal, then?

Sorry they said it is not happening so its not happening. At least for now.

Sounds like fun NOT…

Please post this where they said this lol…

You do realize you can track your quests from the journal right?

This gamed is missing so many features that are 100% standard on any game made these days its baffling.

Its probably with chat and the map overlay, in a box of features everyone wanted but the devs knew we didnt need.

You saying that is not proof when I cannot find any record, interview, or other mention.
