I put many Lucky Hit nodes in paragon boards but Raven and Wolves’ Lucky Hit stops at 100% (while other skills can go more than 100%)

You might want to check into how lucky hit chance works in D4. It’s more complex than you think. Probably unnecessarily so. Amounts over 100% are used in some situations.

I know how lucky hit works.
There is the base chance, the bonus to lucky hit and the effect it triggers.
If the base chance of a skill is pushed to 100% through lh bonus there is always the triggering of the effect.
If the triggering for example says 40 % chance to make you pink, than in 40% of every triggering you get pink as a result
There is no necessity of exceeding 100 % for the triggering.
Triggering and result are not the same.
You might want to actually read the article. It explains why skills can exceed 100% lucky hit and how that impacts lucky hits from items. It’s more complex than you think.
I read it and if Blizzard confirms this equation I would laugh because that would be Blizzard math.
There should be no chance that % triggering should be able to go above 100% and in this way to push the effect chance to exceed the shown percentage. This is wrong on a lot of levels.
So my assumption would be, that some smart guy at Blizzard implemented the 100% cap at the rework of the companion skills for the new items. Because this would be correct.
Yes, Blizzard apparently instituted a more complex math system than a straightforward 100% chance =100% occurrence system. This is pretty common in D4, unfortunately. Multiple mechanics rely on similar systems.
I suspect the OP’s question about some skills being capped while others aren’t is relevant. And that some of them shouldn’t be capped now.

It would be wrong in the first place. There would be no need for the separation of % trigger and % result if this equation would be correct.
It would break their hard printed % chance for result on skills and aspects and so on.
Sorry, but I’m pretty sure Maxroll is wrong with this equation and wanted it to sound more complicated and “scientific” as it is.

Yeah, i would argue and have done it, that this equation on maxroll is wrong.
Because it makes no sense with the premises of seperating lucky hit triggering and lucky hit effect and it would break the hard printed % chance on aspects/skills/paragon boards an so on.
Your argument is, they are right, and a chance of triggering capped at 100 is a bug?

So as long as Blizzard do not confirm this equation, is absolutely possible, that they are wrong.
