I should have specified if it gets delayed a 2nd time and season 3 is extended by 2 months and everyone after enduring a month of waiting is now told they have to endure another month.

If it allow s4 to be more balanced i dont mind a bit more delay
I mean some things like the tornados on a radius one to 3 screen large and reducing fps is pretty riduculous
And damage wise. Any build able to kill in less than a minute the lv 200 ubers should be toned down aswell

It was popular during launch due to advertisement campaign and it has been long time no new Diablo game released

i’d say overwatch and wow are more popular than diablo by quite a mile.

No idea about WoW players currently as no player count in Battlenet I believe. But definitely more players in overwatch as it is free to play game with cosmetic. In steam chart the top spot are all free PVP game like CS 2, Dota 2 and PUBG etc.
PVP game has a unique way to keep the game with fresh content because the players themselves are the content. Therefore I have stopped play PVP game.

Yes. They’ve got good stuff in the pipe and should keep cooking.

If it is delayed, good they are fixing stuff. If it’s not delayed, they feel ok with the state of the game for S4.
Not sure if this is an answer. But I hope it will be delayed.
I would rather have polished excelence delayed than turd on time. And I am not sure if they can make all fixes in month.

They don’t have a month to make the fixes. The patch has to go to the console makers for approval and that takes a couple of weeks. They have much less time than what people here think. Season 3 is such a dog and now that we know any loot gained will be outdated, can they afford another delay? I don’t think so that will be another long period with no revenue. If people aren’t playing the game they’re not buying cosmetics. My prediction is it releases buggy and they fix it as we go along pretty much like every other season.
They need “to polish a few things”, so my estimates are for 14th of May 2025.
Chances for another delay are zero, nada. The target date 5/14/24 for S4 is 100% accurate.

I’m on console so I’d take a half baked season 4 right now , season 3 is starting to feel like purgatory
No delay, they are probably done in a week with the PTR feedback/bug fixing… if anything they should start s4 earlier.
On your loading screen bottom right there is a bell click it is said your adventure begins may 30th at 8:15 whats this
It says May 23. 2023 so it’s nothing we need to pay attention to.
