A voting system would allow players to have a direct say in the changes that are made to the game. This would help to ensure that the changes are made in a way that is supported by the majority of players.
A simple voting system like that would be easy to implement and it would allow players to have a direct say in the changes that are made to the game.
The voting system could be implemented in the following way:
- When players log in to the game, they would be presented with a screen with a list of potential changes to the game.
- Players would be asked to vote for the change that they would like most and the change that they would like least.
- Players could skip the voting screen if they do not want to vote.
- The results of the voting would be collected and analyzed by the developers.
This voting system would be a simple and easy way to get feedback from the community. It would allow players to have a direct say in the changes that are made to the game, and it would help to ensure that the changes are made in a way that is supported by the majority of players.
this would insure that feed back was from people who play & own
the game and that all players if desired can give “feed back” and not just loud voices & influencers.
Thanks Blizzard D4 is the best so far.

They were given plenty of feedback from the closed beta and ignored it.
This would be no different. Besides, they would only give you options they were going to implement anyways.

Even if Blizzard believes that a particular change is good for the game, it is important to get feedback from the community to make sure that the change is actually going to be well-received. This will help to avoid situations where a change is made that alienates a large portion of the community.
Supported by the very small margin of players that visit the official forums.***
Overall, getting feedback on options that Blizzard is already going to put into a game can help to ensure that the changes are well-received by the community, identify any potential problems with the changes, and improve the quality of the changes. This can lead to a better overall experience for players.
Asking the internet is not always the best idea, ask Boaty McBoatface.

Only the shareholders are allowed to give feedback / listened to.
The voting system would be implemented in the game itself, so that players could vote on the changes without having to go to a forum or website. This would make it easy for players to vote, and it would also ensure that the feedback is coming from people who are actually playing the game.
One thing I have learned about Blizzard, is that they hire headstrong bullheaded team leads that scoff at any ideas they don’t come up with.
I would like to believe that they would take our advice, but their track record is quite clear here. They are nerfing aspects of the game based off of what a handful of streamers are doing, as if they represent the entire player base.
Your idea looks good on paper, but their egos don’t allow for our input to be heard.
A voting system like this could also help to save money on development costs by ensuring that Blizzard does not spend time and money on features that are not popular with players or that are not likely to be used for a long period of time.
For example, if Blizzard is considering adding a new game mode to Diablo IV, they could use a voting system to see which game mode is most popular with players. If the results of the voting show that there is not a lot of interest in the new game mode, Blizzard could save money by not developing it.
This would allow Blizzard to focus their development resources on features that are actually going to be used by players and that are likely to be enjoyed for a long period of time. This would save money in the long run, as Blizzard would not have to spend time and money on features that are not popular or that are not likely to be used for a long period of time.
In addition to saving money, a voting system could also help to improve the quality of Diablo IV. By getting feedback from the community, Blizzard can ensure that they are developing features that are actually wanted by players and that are likely to be enjoyed for a long period of time. This can lead to a better overall experience for players, which can also lead to increased profits for Activision Blizzard.
Overall, a voting system like this would be a good way for Activision Blizzard to save money and improve the quality of Diablo IV. This would be beneficial for both the company and its shareholders.
This would just result in streamers and their brain dead minions abusing it. The apathetic masses wouldn’t bother voting on anything.
Design by committee! That’ll guarantee this game isn’t worth playing.

at this point, yes sadly we need to have the community design the game
No.
Quite frankly, I don’t trust a single one of you.
So I would get popups every time I open my game?
You know how old that would get?
it’s not designed by committee if they give you four choices and you only get to choose what you like and don’t like two choices out of four is not designed by committee it’s just getting feedback
Lol, never going to happen. Our feedback is important, but the devs are the only ones who can save us from ourselves.
